The personal information we collect during the order process, including but not limited to billing information, shipping information, and contact information, is only collected and used for the purposes of fulfilling an order. Shipping information may be used by our fulfillment partners for the sole purpose of drop-shipping your order.

We do not share, sell, or rent personal information to any third party not directly involved in a transaction. We do not store credit card information in any form.

Online Pricing | Description Errors

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order, we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item’s description contains an error such as an incorrect photo, price, accessory, or description, and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. We can not accept returns on ammo or firearms. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Appalachian Territory Firearms, L.L.C. will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

Please note that all prices on in the store include a 3% markup for credit card processing fees. Local pickups will receive a 3% discount if paying in cash. If you wish to order and pay by another means, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping

All shipping quotes do not include insurance. if you’d like to add insurance please email us or specify in the order comments and we will contact you with a quote.

Firearm Sales

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per the ATF, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty from vendors. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and firearms.

All firearm sales require a background check to be completed and passed to receive the firearm. This fee is $10 for one firearm or $6.00 if purchasing multiple firearms. This fee is levied whether or not the check comes back favorable.

Firearms will only be shipped to licensed dealers and all sales are final (no refunds or exchanges).

Used Firearms | Consignment

We offer consignment of firearms that are in full working condition. All firearms will be tested before being offered for sale unless otherwise noted. All firearms brought in for consignment will have the serial numbers checked against stolen firearm databases, firearms will then be added to our firearm books as part of our inventory until the firearm is sold or the terms of the consignment end.

The seller provides all descriptions for used / consignment items. All descriptions for used / consignment items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Firearms being sold in this manner will be marked as such and all sales are final. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.

If the firearm does not sell the original cosigner must come back in to pick up the firearm, the original cosigner must submit a 4473 and background check to receive the firearm back. If the original consigner does not pass the background check we can not return the firearm. We may decide to try to sell the firearm again for the original cosigner or the original cosigner can choose to pay a monthly storage fee for the firearm. We may also submit an offer to the cosigner to take full possession of the firearm.

Ammunition Sales

1. You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
2. Due to varying state laws, we will not ship ammunition into the following states, this list may change at any time: NY, CT, CA.
3. For Massachusetts we require a copy of your license to carry (LTC) card. Please contact us with this prior to ordering.
4. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required.
5. Check local laws for any other regulations. All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.
6. All ammunition sales are final there are no exchanges or refunds.

Ghost Gunner Sales

Ghost Gunner machines, lowers, frames, and other hardware and equipment are not currently available to persons outside the United States, and they are not available to residents of and persons in the State of New Jersey, which criminalizes possession of unregistered assault weapons. THIS PRODUCT IS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY. THE PURCHASE OF “GHOST GUNS” OR “GHOST GUN” PARTS FOR ASSEMBLY IS UNLAWFUL IN NEW JERSEY. THE CONTENTS OF THIS WEBSITE ARE NOT INTENDED AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS AN ADVERTISEMENT OR OFFER FOR SALE OF “GHOST GUNS” AND “GHOST GUN” PARTS TO NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS OR ANY PERSON IN NEW JERSEY.

For customers in California, Ghost Gunner CNC machines are general purpose machines classified by the US Department of Commerce. While we believe the machines are legal to purchase and own in the state of California, residents agree to purchase Ghost Gunner at their own risk.

Returns

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:

1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
2. Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. Firearms and or ammunition once transferred to the buyer.
4. Firearm parts (LPK, BCG, Barrels, etc.).
5. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 5 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less a 15% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 5 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 15% restocking fee (totaling 30%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

Background Check Denials

It is your responsibility to be sure that you are legally allowed to purchase a firearm. If you purchase a firearm from us online and do not pass the background check when you come to pick up your order, there will be a 25% restocking fee to cancel your order. If you believe the denial to be an error, we can issue you the appropriate challenge form and we will gladly hold your order until the challenge is resolved. If approved, you may then pick up your purchase. If your challenge is denied, your order will be subject to the 25% restocking fee.
