Electronic Fingerprinting & Photos

We do in-house electronic fingerprinting and photo collection for NFA Form 4 and Form 1 transfers. We will produce an Electronic Fingerprint Transmission (EFT) as well as digital photos for submissions. Once this service is complete, we will be able to perform Form 4 and Form 1 transfers remotely over digital teleconferencing systems like Zoom or Teams.

LiveScan EFT and Photos: $25 per person.

In 2026 this will increase to $35.

Firearm Transfers

Internet Transfers

We will accept firearms from other FFL’s and provide a transfer service for you. This includes internet purchases from such sites as GunBroker.com and others.

Cost for transfers are as follows:

  • Long Guns: $25.00 per firearm.
  • Long Gun (PA Non-Resident): $35 per firearm.
  • Pistols: $25.00 per firearm.
  • NFA: $75.00 per item.
  • LiveScan (including photos): $25

These prices include the PICS check as well. This fee is levied regardless of a favorable outcome.

Please note if you do not pass your background check you are responsible for either a monthly storage fee of $35.00 per item while you challenge your denial or the cost to ship the item back to the seller. The firearm will only be sold to the named individual on the shipping forms.

Starting in 2026 our fees will increase due to the increase in fees to maintain compliance with Federal and State law as well as the shifting nature of the firearm business. The new fee structure is as follows:

  • For Title I firearms (handguns, rifles, and shotguns) in stock or can be ordered from us (PSA, CMMG, Aero, etc):
    • $50 per serial number
  • For Title I firearms (handguns, rifles, and shotguns) that are drop-shipped from an internet site (GrabAGun, Gun Deals, PSA, etc):
    • $75 per serial number
  • For Title II firearms (SBRs, SBSs, or silencers):
    • $100.00 per serial number
  • Everything else:
    • $35 per serial number

As always, anything purchased directly from us will have the transfer fee waived.

Private Sales

We will provide you and your buyer a transfer service. We will carry out the required paperwork and background checks to make sure you meet local requirements and to put your mind at ease that the buyer of the firearm you are selling to is legally allowed to own a firearm.

The cost for a private transfer is the same as an internet-based transfer above. This fee is levied regardless of a favorable outcome.

Active Military | Law enforcement | First Responders

Fees are discounted 20% when proper identification is presented.

Consignment

We provide a consignment service for all firearms in full working condition. Please see our policy page for more details.

Cost for consignment is as follows:

  • Long guns $15.00 plus 15% of the final sale price
  • Pistols $15.00 plus 15% of the final sale price.

Additional fees apply for auction type sites:

  • 10% for listing on Gunbroker
